The 75,000 square foot building, which operates twentyfour hours a day, is home to a state-of-the-art Anthem (Blue Cross-Blue Shield) claims center, which includes miles of fiber optic cable and over $3,000,000 in tenant-installed infill and electronics, making this typical green building a major asset for Resource Development, Inc.

New Sunshine Technology Center also houses a call center for Westgate Resorts, a national tourism and timeshare company. Westgate is currently the largest privately held timeshare broker in the world.
