Resource Development, Inc. expanded into the brokerage market in 1995 with the founding of Resource America, Inc., a fully-licensed real estate brokerage firm. The firm is involved in all of Resource Development's land acquisitions and sales, and it assists in leasing efforts for Resource Development's various properties. While Resource Development, still often uses the services of leading independent brokers in the Midwest, Resource America is critical to the company's success in acquiring and leasing the best pieces of property available.

The firm employs two licensed brokers, Fran Babin and Brooke Bennett. Mrs. Babin, who has been with Resource Development for over 24 years, assists in real estate acquisitions and sales, and she also serves as Commercial Property Manager for all of Resource Development's properties. Ms. Bennett holds her advanced brokerage license and is directly involved with all real estate purchases and sales conducted by the firm, as well as tenant relations.
