Great Wall Construction turns Resource Development's visions into reality. Incorporated in 1993, it is a general contracting firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Resource Development, Inc. As such, Great Wall is the general contractor on most construction projects undertaken by Resource Development. The firm is also responsible for all tenant infills in Resource Development properties. It is currently the general contractor on projects across the state of Missouri, in Kansas City, Lake Ozark, Republic, and Springfield. By filling this need Great Wall Construction has been a key to the success of Resource Development, providing high quality and economical construction services and solutions to the entire Resource Development family of properties.

Great Wall Construction's day-to-day operations are overseen by Chris Hall, the firm's Operations Manager. Mr. Hall has over sixteen years of experience managing and supervising construction projects totaling over $400 million in value. His experience and expertise are an invaluable asset to Great Wall Construction and to Resource Development, Inc.
