Resource Development's first property in the Kansas City metro area, Bristol Plaza, is sure to become a major retail destination for the Kansas City Northland, which is already experiencing a major boom in commercial and residential development.

The shopping center will consist of roughly 85,000 square feet of retail space situated at the intersection of 108th Street and Highway 169, with a daily traffic count over 18,000. Additionally, the site is within one mile of nearly 6,000 homes with an average household income over $70,000 and in an area slated for development of approximately 7,000 new rooftops.
