Resource Development, Inc. was established in 1979 in Springfield, Missouri, by William R. Jester. Mr. Jester owns 24 entities with market value assets of approximately $75.1 million and annual rental revenues exceeding $4.1 million, not including residential lot sales.

Originally, the firm exclusively provided consulting services to non-profit institutional clients in the area of fund development. In 1989, Mr. Jester expanded his operations and entered the real estate market with the design and construction of his first Class-A commercial office building in Springfield, Missouri.

Mr. Jester presently owns nearly 500,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space that he has either developed or purchased in the central United States. Mr. Jester is also involved in residential subdivision development in the Midwest.

Construction of new properties for Resource Development, Inc. is undertaken by Great Wall Construction, Inc. Brokerage services for its properties are provided by Resource America, Inc., a licensed real estate brokerage firm owned by Resource Development, Inc. Individual LLC's are owned and operated by Jester Capital Management, LLC.
